Since last year Twitter is thinking and planning to monetize the feeds, and no body knows as the users will be faciliated as well or the team will enjoy the monetization, although some rumours were also there about the Google’s plan to acquire Twitter and let the users monetize their every tweet.
To monetize your tweet there is not direct way from Google nor from Twitter but if you still want to do so Hoot Suite has some options for you. HootSuite, is the first to make use of a nice trick to let you monetize your tweets easily.
How it works?
HootSuite allow you to insert you ads into your ow.ly shortening service links. To do so simply paste your Adsense Code for 234 x 60 Half-Banner ad. Users will see your these adverts only they click your provided link. The display of adverts can also be switched off (by users) by a single click if they don’t want to see those adverts.

Yes, I think it complies with Adsense TOS. I must suggest to get some word from Adsense Forum before trying it out.
