If you use Google Docs on daily basis to get you work, you might be familiar with the easy to use interface. Adding a video is not quite hard task but If you are new to Google Docs ? It will be a one minute, one click job.
Simply when you start creating a document, go in to the insert menu > select video. A small dialog window will appear with all the YouTube videos which can be searched and added easily.
