Those who use Firefox and looking forward to limit their browsing to an extent then simply install FireFox Throttle and start monitoring your browser’s bandwidth.
For Internet Explorer Users
Interestingly the same plugin is available for I.E users which can be installed easily and perform the same functions as to monitor, control bandwidth usage of browser (or while browsing). Plugin is available as IE Throttle.
